Casework officers are your first point of contact and can deal with most queries. If necessary, your query may be escalated.

A casework officer is usually available if you wish to call in to the office. Meetings can be pre-arranged, subject to the availability of staff, but details of the nature of your query will be required to ensure that an appropriate member of staff is allocated.
